On September 25, the entire UConn Health Center community was invited to the pre-campaign kickoff ice cream social in the courtyard, hosted by the UConn Foundation. UConn Dairy Bar ice cream was served by the Employee Philanthropy Committee and Foundation staff. Cato T. Laurencin, M.D., Ph.D., vice president for health affairs and dean of the School of Medicine, spoke, as did Monty MacNeil, D.D.S., M.Dent.Sc., dean of the School of Dental Medicine.
